HUMMM is an immersive, interactive audio-visual experience that uses humming and breath extension to help find a calm and restful state.

Humming feels good. We hum when were content, and full and cosy, and we hum to soothe others. And it’s the only sound we can make when we’re smiling! Ohmmmmm…

When we hum we are both stimulating our Vagus nerve with its vibrations and extending our breath at the same time. Both of which put our body into its ‘rest and digest’ state.

You’ll find HUMMM helpful whenever you find yourself looking for restful calm, mental clarity, focus or when you’re feeling anxious or restless.

Hummm generates a 3D soundscape that immerses you into a tranquil world as you hum with your breathing cycle (the app shows you how, it’s easy). In fact your humming becomes part of the tranquil soundscape thanks to some clever audio ‘magic’. Hummm takes you somewhere elsewhere altogether.

• Experience and interactive soundscape that is different each time you listen.

• Influence the elements within the soundscapes, have rain, thunder or lightning pass overhead.

• Have your device flash fill your room with lightning that flickers on your closed eyelids to immerse yourself even deeper into the soundscape.

• Choose between 5, 10, 15 and 20 durations.

• HUMMM is free to try out 7 DAYS. After that it will give you the option to buy the full version for a one off payment of less than a loaf of bread.

• HUMMM COLLECTS NO DATA

Our relationship with the sound of our environment is ancient. And HUMMM’s weather features are there to connect with that deep part of us. The white noise of rain is soothing and refreshing after it passes. And hummming as a thunderstorm rumbles by helps us practice staying calm during our own moments of trouble that rumble by. And lightning flickering on our eyelids makes the environment deeply real, an escape from reality, and rather awesome.
